Beth wrote two books.  The basis of Beth's two books, Young/Woman in the Mirror Bible study is learning to recognize the lies that you believe and to replace them with God’s Truths. You will learn how your distorted thinking plays out in your life. In this study, you’ll explore common misbeliefs about God, your self-image, emotions, relationships, trials, and forgiveness through Christ.
 By the end of the eight week study, Beth's hope is that you will have discovered what is at the root of your struggle and what triggers your habits. Throughout the book, she shares some of the “tools” available through God’s Word. Even though she continued to experience situations that triggered her eating disorder tendencies, she felt completely equipped to fight the battle so she would not have to go down the slippery slope of despair and unhealthy habits – Her continued prayer was that by God’s grace you will be able to say the same; and, at the end of this study, you will see yourself and your life more clearly from God’s perspective. 

Beth was promoted to the church triumphant on April 30, 2013 after a 10 month battle with cancer.  She fought graciously and beautifully and made sure that each moment was all...
